Is it possible to have my order delivered to another address than my own?

Yes, you can choose a different shipping address than the one from the billing address. You can have the order delivered at your workplace, at a friend's or relative's place, anywhere in the world. Each order can only be shipped to one address.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

All Fixation orders are shipped 1 to 3 days after placing the order unless we are experiencing a delay in which case we will contact you by email and inform you of the shipping date.


What are the shipping delays and fees? Which carrier will deliver my order?

Fixation uses Canada Post which can take up to 5 business days for Quebec and Ontario and up to 10 business days to the rest of Canada.  We use regular mail to keep the shipping rates competitive and unfortunately do not have access to tracking details.
  • Quebec and Ontario (Canada) via Canada Post: 2-5 business days; CA $3
  • Rest of Canada via Canada Post: 2-7 business days; CA $3
  • United States of America via USPS: 4-7 business days; US $12 / CA $16
  • European Union via DHL: 2-3 business days; €12 / US $14 / CA $18
  • Other destinations via DHL: 2-5 business days; €12 / US $14 / CA $18

DHL requires a signature upon receipt of the package. Customs fees may apply, payable by the recipient.

Conditions beyond our control may cause additional delivery lead time (weather, strikes, customs, etc.). Shipping time is thus not guaranteed and Fixation inc. assumes no responsibility for them. Should a significant delay occur, please contact us. Any errors or incomplete addresses can cause additional delays and costs for transhipment.
